Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! We hired Trevor to turn our first house into a home. Trevor is a very creative professional and worked very patiently with us from the beginning to the end! As a young surgeon, my life is dedicated to excellence in patient relationships and providing high quality care with immense attention to detail. When the time came to open my first surgical center Trevor was the obvious choice. I requested a Nantucket modern design maximizing natural light that would put patients at ease and feel clean while avoiding the typical cold and sterile atmosphere of a hospital. Trevor blew me away with his designs and professionalism. He is truly a remarkable talent and my patients are constantly commenting on how beautiful the office looks even years later. Trevor Fulmer Design helped us realize our vision for an updated Cape home that is a family friendly summer retreat. We engaged Trevor to update the interior of our 1990ʼs Cape home. We asked him to create a design that would incorporate additional seating with updated furniture, all while being mindful of the expansive windows to highlight the beautiful views. There were several heirloom items including an antique sailboat and dining chairs that we asked him to include. The process was truly collaborative as he consistently listened to our ideas and incorporated them very effectively.

His amazing design included the selection and spacing of furniture that maximized the efficient use of space. He provided a detailed layout that included photos of the selected pieces so were able to envision the space in its entirety. Trevor designed a beautiful yet functional space, that allowed our contemporary cape with an open floor plan, to include an unobstructed flow from the living area into the dining kitchen area. Each furniture piece fits beautifully in the space and provides a comfortable seating arrangement. Trevor highlighted the furniture with accent pillows, throws, and artwork strategically placed for maximum enjoyment. Color choices were impeccable, the light sand and navy colors were enhanced by a coral color used on pillows and throws. This color was also introduced in the lovely fabric selection on heirloom family chairs in the dining area.

As the house is used primarily in the summer, the fireplace is seldom used. Interestingly, Trevor designed a lovey array of candles and lanterns in the firebox area which adds to a cozy ambience when lit on cooler Cape evenings. As you step in the door an elegant chest and a beautiful framed mirror greets guests. The chest cleverly hides shoes and flip flops from the beach and the mirror reflects light from the skylight above. An elegant and creative solution to flip flops and shoes by the front door. We love coming to the Cape, stepping in the door, and are thrilled, as we enjoy our “newly designed interior”. We have been complimented many times with our new interior that our home exudes such warmth and charm. Trevor was a joy to work, with as he made the process a lot of fun and is a master when it comes to creative design. We look forward to working with him on future projects.
