Trevor Fulmer, Principal
Trevor Fulmer is Principal of Trevor Fulmer Design, a Boston-based interior design studio. His nontraditionalist and livable modern aesthetic pairs refined balance with unexpected moments of joy. A believer in the power of collaboration, Trevor’s design process is founded on building trust, growing relationships, and exceeding expectations. He loves partnering with his clients, solving their unique needs, and helping their authentic selves shine through. As a relationship builder, he is proud to call many of his clients now friends.

Trevor’s also an award-winning creative director, graphic designer, and photographer. He’s been published in New England Home, The Boston Globe, The Globe Magazine, Modern Luxury Interiors, Boston Common Magazine, Boston Home, Photo District News (PDN), EQL and The Knot. He enjoys Vespa rides through the city, punishing fitness classes, vegetarian tasting menus, remote beaches, hearty laughs and his husband, Jim.
Sophia Wensberg, Project Manager
Sophia Wensberg is a New England native that has a passion for beautiful spaces. With an extensive knowledge in kitchen and bathroom design, Sophia brings detailed precision and creativity to Trevor Fulmer Design. From design challenges to project management, Sophia’s problem-solving skills are unparalleled.

Sophia enjoys walking as her main means of transportation (try to keep up!). You can also find Sophia on the ski slopes in NH, melting in hot yoga classes, and crafting the best homemade vegan pizza.
Aileen Ramos, Finance Manager
Aileen is finance manager of Trevor Fulmer Design. Her account management background and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design make her an integral asset. Aileen has over 20 years of accounting experience. She oversees monthly financial reporting, invoicing, and daily financial transactions. She also helps with office operations, document and process workflows, and client communications.
“I believe that a good finance manager is the backbone of every successful interior design business. My mission is to enable the design team to focus on their creative vision and valued client relationships, while I handle financial and administrative aspects.”
Aileen enjoys traveling with family to places rich in history and art. She loves trying local cuisines, strolling through old towns, and immersing herself in local cultures.
